how to say love to your BF or GF?

Meibe somebody will say it is very easy,just like" I LOVE YOU" .but do you know it is so random to your BFor GF. Every body in the love river want to hear his (her)GF(BG) say love at a romantic entironment,but actually it is very hard to do.
