学英语的诀窍就在于背单词。背单词就在于背住100个前缀（prefix)，200个常用词根(root),100个后缀(suffix)
你所要做的就是把这400个元素有机的结合起来。举个例子--president(主席，总统）pre(前缀,意思是“在前”） sid是拉丁文词根。意思是“to sit坐”。ent 是形容词后缀。大会的时候“在前面坐着的人”不就是主席么。就这样背单词，事半功倍，举一反三~                   take it easy ^_^

Most english word comes from Latin and Greek  .for instance,"ced"(also "ceed","cess") is an important root from Latin with its meaning of " to go ". so,"proceed" means go forward,and "succeed" means "go after""instead of " (suc- sub- is a prefix meant under after).
