it need municipal measures in one hand.but i dont wanna say high praise of the conduct of people who live at the surroundings of GuoQingsi Temple.Last Summer i take a visit there with some allien friends.they were surprised at the pollution here and there.so it does matter a lot with the individual self-discipline we must comform to.
