Beef up your pronunciation!

<>Many Chinese guys, including myself, often care for the spelling and meaning of a word, paying less attention to the pronunciation. After over ten years' studying, when you have chance to talk with foreigners, you will sometimes astonishingly find that on one can understand what you say. The simple reason is that you may pronounce wrongly, including the accent position. Now I not only remember the spelling of a word but also remember the CORRECT pronunciation. That is absolutely important in communicaiton. This is my own experience. </P>

the final destination for a language is communication, different situation needs different skills. when you want to make a presentation you need speaking and listening, when you want to get information from written materials, you need reading, when you want post your thought to others, writing is a must.
